I gained my professional skills from world leaders in the fields of coaching, psychotherapy, and spiritual inquiry. Over the years I've picked up enough professional certificates to paper the walls. But my qualifications are a long way from being the whole story. It is my personal journey of transcendence and transformation that I feel truly qualifies me to guide others.
Everything I write about grew out of my determination to be free of the limitations of mind. I know the transformative power of present moment awareness through intimate first-hand experience.
However, in earlier years I fought the awakening of Consciousness every step of the way. As a young man I dreamed of living a wild life as deep-sea diver and driving NASCAR stock cars at 200mph. But life took me in a completely different direction. I guess I just happened to be hanging out in the right place when the lightning hit. Or maybe God has a sense of humour…
On my "journey" to Now, several musicians and singers touched me with their songs, books fell open at just the right page, and the woods, mountains, streams and oceans of nature herself revealed their mystical secrets.
Numerous friends and acquaintances said just the right words at just the right time to awaken me to another point of understanding. Some human teachers I met only briefly and they may not be aware of the effect they had on me. To all of you who have helped open my Heart, I offer a big “Thank you”. I could not do the work I do today without your love and wisdom.

Historically, I’ve been a best-selling author, a corporate management trainer, gravedigger (along with Rod Stewart!), lumberjack, business/life coach, and hypnotherapist.
I spent two years studying with Hale Dwoskin, who personally certified me as one of the first UK instructors of The Sedona Method.
I studied for another two years with Arunachala Ramana, who once owned the Los Angeles and San Diego franchises of Think And Grow Rich. Ramana taught me the principles of integrating success and manifestation psychology with the spiritual practice of Self-inquiry.
I taught the principles of The Power Of Now from 2006 to 2008 and was fortunate to be personally coached by Eckhart Tolle's partner Kim Eng.
As a journalist I’ve had work published in the Financial Times’ magazine Resident Abroad, The Bristol Evening Post, Eckankar Journal, The Clifton Millennium, Eck Matters, South-West Connection, Destiny, Clevedon Mercury, ACCPOW, Industrial and Commercial Training Magazine, and the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine.
My first book, How to Succeed in Network Marketing, was published by Judy Piatkus in 1991. It became a best-seller with over 50,000 copies sold world-wide in hardback and paperback, including translations into Brazilian Portuguese, Hungarian, and Serbian. We also published two in-house editions for network marketing companies.

I enjoy the good company of my friends and family. I love spending time in nature, watching good films, enjoying concerts and theatre, reading, dancing, and travelling the world. I would like to play blues harmonica and native american flute.
In 2008 I fulfilled a long-held ambition by crewing a 95 year-old traditional wooden sailing ship and gaining my RYA Competent Crew qualification. My next worldly adventure will be to live that lifetime ambition to drive a Nascar stock car at Daytona International Speedway - and see just how close I can get to 200mph! ;-)
I’m Leo’s business partner and Global Alchemy Publishing's marketing director. I am also responsible for the overall design and management of our online presence.
I grew up wanting to be an actress before realising I wanted to touch people’s hearts in more direct and profound ways. My degree in drama provided me with many skills and awakened my ability to write. Knowing that my true love was personal growth and spirituality, I threw myself into learning - through numerous books, talks, and workshops.
My desire for financial freedom and a growing interest in entrepreneurial ventures brought my attention to Internet marketing. Although this was a seemingly alien subject from my background in all things artistic, I trusted my intuition and again threw myself into learning everything I could.
The synchronistic meeting with Leo brought clarity to my choices. Our mutual interest in online publishing, personal growth, and spiritual consciousness helped form a wonderful connection and relationship.
From a young age I used to stare up at the sky and wonder:
“Why? Why am I here? Why are we alive? What is life? Why?”
It felt like my mind warped through my attempts to understand that which cannot be grasped by the mind - and its limitations became apparent. This was often followed by a feeling of emptiness . . .
Since childhood my path has ranged from a deep fascination in the supernatural, a short but sweet love affair with Christianity, and an ongoing enthusiasm for personal growth and human psychology.
All have served me and all arise from Source, but nothing revealed the undisturbed peace and constant joy of this present moment - until I was blessed with guides such as Eckhart Tolle, Leo Hawkins, and Satyananda – to name but a few.
My passion is sharing the inexplicable beauty of this profound beingness that we all are, and it's my greatest pleasure and deepest hearts yearning, to share this revelation with others. I don’t claim to know the meaning of life, but I can share what I have found to be Here and Now - that is free of all problems – and which is fulfillment itself.
